1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.


2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping to over 75 countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Latin America: 6–12 business days

  • Africa & other regions: 7–14 business days


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

  • Expedited or insured shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.


4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your order using:

  • The carrier’s website (link included in your email)


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
Loreenzi is not liable for delays or additional charges due to customs processing.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some remote regions may experience longer delivery times or restricted service.

  • During peak seasons or public holidays, additional delays may occur.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, or you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@theloreenzi.com.
We will investigate, file a claim with the carrier, and assist you in finding a resolution (refund or reshipment).
