Refund Policy

At Loreenzi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.


Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@theloreenzi.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return. We will provide the return address, details, and instructions via email. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Non-defective items: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • In certain cases, we may offer free size exchanges — please email us to check eligibility.

  • Exchanges for variant/color/product changes should be done by returning the original and purchasing the new item.


Cancellation Policy

Because our warehouse is highly automated, we usually cannot cancel orders once they are processed or in transit.
If you notice any issue (size, address, variant), contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@theloreenzi.com.
